MEASUREMENTS (approximate): Waist 23 1 2" 24" Hips 34" 35" Length size 8: 30" 32" Length size 8 long: 34 1 2" We were lucky enough to find some deadstock unissued WAVES skirts. We have several of each size available. A few have labels, but most do not have any label. Some have a bit of dirt or storage wear (nothing than couldn't be fixed with a visit to the dry cleaner). They are all dark
