Ann Faure Pinot Noir '25 St Helena Bay Jorrie du PlessisMick & Jeanine Craven, Stellenbosch winemaking power couple, have sailed off on a new adventure and the maiden voyage sees a varietal they'd always been drawn to from a single site in Stellenbosch. Pinot Noir grapes were carbonic fermented with only native yeasts in concrete tanks, pressed after eight days on skins, aged for ten months in stainless steel and concrete squares (80 20), and bottled without fining with only a tiny addition of sulphur.
